Our office is open from 8AM till 6PM Mondays through Friday, and 9AM to 1PM on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays, but you can freely call our Travel Consultants 24/7 for urgent requests or emergency off the office Hours.

The inbound department provides services to our international agents. An extensive selection of standard itineraries is readily available with guaranteed departure dates and pricing for both the international agent and direct inquiries through the internet. A FIT department specializes in providing tailor-made itineraries to suit the requirements of any traveler. This department also includes the professional guides/drivers, the majority of whom speak a foreign language other than English, a meet & greet service, and an in- house vehicle maintenance team. Our guides are continuously being tested on their knowledge and encouraged to enhance it continuously through in-house training sessions.
The local travel department gives services all our local clientele contacting us either through direct office visits, email or telephone. This department specializes in tour to various destinations within east Africa and can provide packages from the basic camping to exclusive luxury getaways, be it a one-night getaway or an extensive safari experience. Domestic flights, Bus, Train, Airport Transfers and hotel reservations as well as car hire arrangements are all be made through this department.
The outbound travel department, offers our clients an extensive range of products and services. These include airline ticketing, international ground packages, coach & cruise holidays, rail and bus transport reservations, and visa handling services for certain destinations. All international packages are available to our international clients who wish to extend their adventure to include other various destinations within Africa and the rest of the world.
These is the department which deals with meetings, incentives, conference and events management. The staff here have extensive knowledge and experience in servicing this highly specialized market Ranging from simple meetings within city or resort hotels to extensive safaris with team building activities, themes and gala dinners, from a team of ten to over several hundred, this department has customized every corporate clients’ package to suit their individual requirements.
This department goes the extra mile in ensuring a ground team is available at all times from the time the first guest arrives to the time the last guest departs. Translation services, additional media, communication and information technology equipment beyond that provided by the venue are available for hire at short notice. Promotional materials and information packs, give away gifts and souvenirs as well as competitions and relevant prizes can also be arranged in advance.
